Inn Policies

Please note our reservation and cancellation policy as it is a vital part of the management of a small inn

Minimum stay required (2 nights on some weekends)

We are pet friendly ask for details about our pet friendly rooms.

We welcome children age 12 and above.

Prepayment amount required (Full amount of stay is required at the time a reservation is made to secure the special room of your choice and to take it off the online booking system. We will send you a confirmation.)

Check in time is 1 - 6 pm and Check out time is 11 am

Cancellations:
PREPAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you change or cancel a reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival date, you will be given a credit for a future stay. 

Check-In & Check-Out
We request that you check into your room between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please make arrangements with the inn in advance.  Check out time is 11:00 am.

	Extra person in a room: $50 each. All room rates are based on double occupancy. Corporate weekday rates are available. Our Inn is a smoke free environment. Weekends may require a two night stay. The Inn is not an appropriate place for children under 12. All rates are subject to change without notice.
